Totto Ramen was born out of our love for sustainability, flavor & tradition. After a decade of developing fine dining experiences through our sister restaurant, Yakitori Totto, it became clear to us that New York City was ready for a Chicken Based Ramen - as opposed to Tonkotsu or Pork-Based Ramen.
Our collaboration with Japanese Chefs over the years has allowed us to introduce our signature Chicken Paitan ramen for all to enjoy. We are proud of our recipes that are delicious & fun and delight the great people of New York and beyond.
